Pinnacle Sports Summer Day Camps offers non-instructional camps that include soccer, basketball, arts and crafts, kickball, volleyball, and activities with baseballs and softballs. Campers take part in a mix of themed sports sessions and additional activities throughout the day.
• Ages: 6–13 years old
• Schedule: Weekly sessions offered for 11 weeks from early June to early August, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, with optional early drop-off from 7:30am–9:00am and late pick-up from 4:00pm–5:00pm
• Price: $75 per day or $300 per week, with an option to purchase all 11 weeks for $3,000, plus a $50 per-week deposit at registration and additional $20 per day for early drop-off or late pick-up; sibling discounts are available
All staff at Pinnacle Sports Summer Day Camps are required to be CPR certified prior to the start of camp. The leadership and camp team includes senior counselors Emily Nagy and Rachel Strain; counselors Brooke Bracey, Nick Boffa, and Giuseppe Iascone; junior camp counselor Noah Reckner; and Pinnacle Sports leadership staff including General Manager Andrew Novak, Financial Director Saunia Bracey, Soccer Director Yoni Sorokine, Assistant Director of Operations Luke Darrow, Baseball Director Steve Wright, Softball Director Steph DelRoso, Director Zdravko Popovic, Volleyball Director (Maverick Warriors) Brittany Ortiz, Maintenance Lead Mike Casenheiser, Facility Operations Tech Seth Grubb, Marketing & Business Development Manager Logan Congrove, and Operations Manager Emma Watt. The mission of Pinnacle Sports is to impact lives by intentionally integrating athletic skills training and character development in a safe and welcoming community utilizing premier staff in an elite facility. Akron Children’s Hospital integrates physical therapy and sports medicine services within the Pinnacle Sports facility, and Internationals Soccer Club uses Pinnacle Sports as its home base. Campers are asked to bring athletic clothing, tennis shoes, a packed lunch, and a positive attitude, with refrigerators available to store lunch and a water bottle and sunscreen recommended for each child.
