Childtime on Cold Water Drive offers Infant and Toddler Care for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years old, Preschool for ages 3 to 4, Pre-Kindergarten for ages 4 to 5, and Before & After School care for ages 5 to 12. It also offers Summer Camp and elective options such as Yoga, Spotlight on Kindergarten, Kindermusik, Handwriting & Advanced Math, Music, Phonics, and Soccer.

Childtime on Cold Water Drive is a Step Up to Quality–rated center through the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. Samantha Feyka is the Director, and Kelli Zimmers is the Assistant Director. The Director and Assistant Director both have an Early Childhood Inclusion Certificate, and their education includes Child Development Associated Credential and Child Development Associates Credential, respectively. The school says families receive real-time updates and live streaming video through the SproutAbout mobile app, and it has an open-door policy for families.
