Buddy Up for Life

Buddy Up for Life offers Buddy Up Tennis for athletes ages 5 and up, Buddy Up Pickleball for athletes ages 12 and up, Buddy Up Fitness for athletes ages 12 and up, and Buddy Up Cardio Dance for athletes ages 5 and up. Each clinic features one-on-one Buddy support from trained volunteers who provide encouragement and adaptive guidance.

Buddy Up for Life serves to enable and empower people with Down syndrome to live healthy, connected, and independent lives through industry leading adaptive programs. Buddy Up Tennis is recognized by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) as the leading tennis program for individuals with Down syndrome.
