Better Together Playnasium

Better Together Playnasium offers open play, classes, birthday parties, and day camps. The space includes two play areas with several different play opportunities that use activities and equipment that are sensory-friendly, foster fine motor development, are sensitive to children prone to over-stimulation, and are adaptive to children with motor delays or walking devices.

Better Together Playnasium is a safe, sensory-friendly play space focusing on inclusion and acceptance of all children while playing, learning, and growing together, and is an all-inclusive indoor playground for children of all abilities. The program’s mission includes creating an environment that fosters learning, exploration, and growth while creating conversations, spreading awareness, building relationships, and having fun. Co-owners Amber Pierson and Mary Poole opened Better Together Playnasium with a grand opening in December 2019. They recognized a need for this type of space on the east side of Columbus, Ohio and in the metropolitan area overall. Gift cards are available, and the program offers summer day camps.
