About
CedarCreek Kids & Students Ministry includes a Kids Experience and a Students Experience during regular church services. The program offers safe and fun experiences for kids, along with fun and unique experiences for students. Each weekend, participants take part in age-specific lessons, small groups, group discussion, and relevant teaching.

Each weekend, newborns through 4th graders learn about who God is and who they are because of him through age-specific lessons, small groups, and trusted adult leadership. For 5th–8th graders, the program includes group discussion and relevant teaching during each weekend service. CedarCreek Kids & Students Ministry is part of CedarCreek Church, a Christian church with six locations in Northwest Ohio that states there is no dress code and offers free coffee. The church states that church is more than a building and describes itself as a gathering of people who find community, meaning, and purpose through Jesus, and it states that it strives to make a positive impact in every community where it is located. The church states that it warmly welcomes people of all backgrounds, whether they are following Jesus or exploring their faith, and that it believes God made each person on purpose for a purpose, that honesty beats perfection, and that it is okay not to be okay because the church should be the safest place to talk about anything. Ben Snyder is the Lead Pastor, has attended and served at CedarCreek Church since 1999, and was appointed Lead Pastor in 2015; he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Toledo. One parent, Frank Reyes, reports feeling welcome when first attending, now serves on the DreamTeam, has been attending since 2012, and describes CedarCreek as the home for his family.
