Integrity Athletics offers activities including Preschool Gymnastics, Boys Gymnastics, Girls Gymnastics, Tumbling & Trampoline, Ninja, Martial Arts, Special Needs programs, Seasonal Camps, Summer Camps, Parties, Special Events, Preschool Open Gym, and Recreational Classes. Martial arts options at Integrity Athletics include Ju Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do, and the facility uses Olympic-quality trampoline beds in its trampoline programs. Integrity Athletics also provides a mobile application for enrollment, attendance checking, and booking parties, along with both an in-person pro shop and an online shop for apparel and merchandise.

For preschool ages 6 months–4 years, Integrity Athletics offers age-appropriate activities focused on developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength through playful exploration, obstacle courses, and basic gymnastics movements, and it offers weekly classes in multiple disciplines for children of all ages and abilities, including comprehensive training in Boys Gymnastics, Girls Gymnastics, and Trampoline & Tumbling for competitive athletes.
Integrity Athletics is home to 5-time National Champion, 3-time Olympian, and Olympic Silver Medalist Blaine Wilson, who owns the program, oversees competitive coaches, and plays an integral role in coaching both boys and girls competitive teams.
