About

Ohio Wildlife Center Camps and Educational Programs include public events, private programs, single-day camps, summer camps, workshops, classes, and children’s birthday party programs. The program also offers facility rental for graduation parties, celebrations of life, family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. Resident Ohio native wild Animal Ambassadors, including mammals, reptiles, and birds, are part of these educational experiences and bring stories from nature to life. The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center operates as a donation-based clinic where the public can bring injured or orphaned wild animals during open hours.

• Schedule: Wildlife Rehabilitation Center hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily

Founded in 1984, Ohio Wildlife Center has cared for injured, orphaned, and ill native wildlife for over 40 years. Ohio Wildlife Center is dedicated to fostering awareness and appreciation of Ohio’s native wildlife through rehabilitation, education, and wildlife health studies. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, it relies entirely on private donations and gifts to provide its services and programs. Over 200 volunteers, interns, and work groups support the day-to-day operations of the organization. Heather Tuttle was named Executive Director as of January 2024 and will be taking the helm at Ohio Wildlife Center beginning in February.
