Cleveland Force Soccer Club offers a structured pathway that includes U6–U8 Juniors Academy for ages 5–8, geographically based competitive youth teams for ages 8–18, higher-level youth teams for ages 9–18 that play in regional leagues and tournaments, and USL programs for ages 18–23. Cleveland Force SC Juniors is built for players ages 5–8 and offers free Juniors Clinics before the season begins. The Cleveland Force SC Minis program is designed for players ages 3–4 and focuses on learning through play while introducing fundamental movements and skills. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to participate and are placed in practice and team environments that match their abilities.

The club’s fall futsal training program is exclusively available to current Cleveland Force SC members and is described as fast-paced, small-sided play that aims to maximize touches, improve decision-making, and build confidence in tight spaces. The futsal training program includes work on dribbling, passing, and finishing. Cleveland Force SC x Eintracht Frankfurt Pre-Season Camp is offered for U9–U11 and U12–U14 players and is led by UEFA Pro Licensed Eintracht Frankfurt coaches.

Cleveland Force Soccer Club is described as Cleveland's Premier Youth Training Pathway for soccer players from age 3 to pre-professional and offers what it describes as the region’s most competitive soccer player pathways. Levels of competition include top league competition at national, regional, and local levels. Boys teams compete in United Soccer League - League 2, United Soccer League - Academy, Elite Clubs National League, Elite Clubs National League - Regional, Super Y League, Great Lakes Alliance, and Central Alliance Soccer Association. Girls teams compete in United Soccer League - W League, United Soccer League - Academy, Elite Clubs National League, Elite Clubs National League - Regional, Super Y League, Great Lakes Alliance, and Central Alliance Soccer Association. Cleveland Force currently competes in USL divisions including USL W League Women U23, USL League Two Men U23, USL Academy Men & Women U20, and USL Youth Boys & Girls U10–U13.

Cleveland Force Soccer Club uses a guided curriculum described as a unique academic approach that trains and develops youth at the highest levels. The club has 14+ full-time Soccer Directors and Coaches, along with a full-time Admin Team and Front Office, and is described as the only soccer Academy Director program in the region. The coaching staff holds more U.S. Soccer Federation National “A,” “B,” and “C” licenses than any other club in the region, and the club staffs NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division III collegiate coaches at the U15–U19 levels. Pre-season camps are led by UEFA Pro Licensed coaches Nicolai Adam and Taskin Aksoy.

Cleveland Force Soccer Club reports that it is the most accredited program in the region and that it has the highest number of local championships and college placements in Northeast Ohio. The club states that it has graduated more than 550 players with collegiate experience, more than 40 players with professional experience, and 8 players with National Team appearances. Gabe Drushell from the club was named the ECNL Ohio Valley U17 Player of the Year and earned ECNL U17 All-American honors.
