Access the Arts Programs include activities such as Music in the Circle, Boot Scootin' Basics, Yoga at Blue Heron, and Witches Night Out. The programs also include music, art, dance, and literature programs, as well as events like the Strawberry Arts Fest with interactive art stations, face painting, balloons, and exotic animal demonstrations. The Strawberry Arts Fest will take place on Sunday, June 28, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and will feature over 100 art vendors showcasing original works, with the festival’s gazebo hosting all-day performances.

Access the Arts is a nonprofit dedicated to providing free arts programming for residents of all ages. Access the Arts offers a series of music, art, dance, and literature programs that bring enrichment and emotional healing to the children at The Lodi Family Center, Medina County Juvenile Detention Center, Cups Collective, the residents of the Medina County Home, the clients at Hope Recovery Community, ACP Day Center, Windfall Industries, Integrated Community Solutions, and the Office of Adults and Senior Services of Medina. Access the Arts will display artwork created by participants in their programs, including youth at the Juvenile Detention Center, AC Passage Day Center, Lodi Family Center, and attendees of the Access the Arts summer arts camps. The Strawberry Arts Fest is hosted by Access the Arts and will feature local talent including participants from Access the Arts Camp, local dance studios, and vocal performances, along with two major concerts: the Ohio Crossroads blue grass band at 4:00 PM and Take Me Back, a Chicago/horn rock tribute band, at 6:00 PM. Food at the Strawberry Arts Fest will be available from Blue Heron Brewery, Dr. Hibachi, Upscale Variety, and The Original Steaks and Hoagies Food Truck, and volunteers will serve fresh strawberry shortcake and strawberry sundaes throughout the day.
