National Trail Parks & Recreation District Programs offers sports programs, recreational programs, cultural programs, and nature programs. The program is part of an expansive system that annually has more than 97,000 participants in hundreds of these programs.

The National Trail Parks & Recreation District is led by Director Leann Castillo. Its mission is to create safe, positive experiences by providing quality parks, facilities, services, and programs for the community. The Clark County Park District, doing business as National Trail Parks & Recreation District, is a local governmental agency that provides parks and recreation services and facilities in Clark County and focuses on connections between the community, nature, and shared history. Public input during the 2015 Preserve Our Parks Survey reported a high degree of satisfaction with parks and recreation services in Clark County.
