Willoughby Parks & Recreation Programs offers activities that include Summer Camp, Sports Leagues, and Disc Golf. Programs include options ranging from athletics to the arts and are available for participants from toddlers to seniors. The program also offers access to a 9-hole Disc Golf Course that is open from sunrise until one-half hour past sunset, as well as an outdoor pool.

The department’s mission statement is to make every effort to provide citizens and visitors with recreational and educational opportunities, modern facilities, and parks. The leadership team includes Cade Pastor and David Sarosy as Program Coordinators, Judean Keller as Director of Parks and Recreation, Brian McCoy as Golf Course Manager, and Mike Brasdovich as Golf Course Assistant Manager. The team also includes Amy Cesa as Senior Center Manager and Melissa Shirley and Valorie Pawlowski as Senior Center Activity Coordinators.
