Horse Camp at Cottonwood Creek Ranch includes riding lessons, crafts, barn activities, and games. Campers learn information about horses and their care in a hands-on, interactive environment that encourages them to work together. All equipment, including helmets, and horses are provided.
• Ages: 7–14 years old
• Schedule: Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. Camp runs Monday through Friday. SPRING BREAK 2025 HORSE CAMP DATES March 17-21. SUMMER 2025 HORSE CAMP DATES June 2-6, June 9-13, June 23-27, July 7-11, July 28-August 1. July 28-August 1 session is noted as Advanced camp. Camp hours are 9AM until 3PM.

Cottonwood Creek Ranch is a member in good standing of the United Professional Horseman’s Association (UPHA), American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association (ASHBA), American Morgan Horse Association (AMHA), and United States Equestrian Federation (USEF). The instructors are SafeSport trained and certified. The leadership team includes Kelly Kraegel (Owner/Trainer/Show Instructor), Madi DeBee (Academy Instructor), and Elizabeth Beard (Barn Manager). Cottonwood Creek Ranch was voted Best of Guthrie Awards for Ranches every year from 2015-2021. Cottonwood Creek Ranch participates in and encourages their clients to support the AMHA Full Circle program. The ranch lists copyright years from 2016 through 2025.
