National Karate offers Kinder Karate, 6-12-Year-Old Beginner Class, Teen Karate, and Adult Martial Arts. Kinder Karate uses basic Karate techniques through drills focused on balance, coordination, and listening. The 6-12-Year-Old Beginner Class teaches kicks, punches, self-defense techniques, respect, discipline, focus, and perseverance; Teen Karate includes boxing and kickboxing drills with Karate technique instruction; Adult Martial Arts focuses on cardio and conditioning with a balance of Karate and Kickboxing.

About the provider

National Karate was founded by Grandmaster Jim Butin in 1974 and has been part of the OKC community for more than 50 years. In 2018, ownership was taken over by Phillip Rosier and David Steece. Jim Butin was a world champion in bare-knuckle Karate, and Phillip Rosier and David Steece both received their Karate Black Belt at a young age and have won several national championships.

The free trial class is mentioned. Flexible membership plans are offered. Kinder Karate classes have no more than 10 students in each class.
