Sporting Oklahoma offers MLS GO (Sporting Oklahoma Recreational League - SORL), the Academy Juniors Program, the Academy Program, the Competitive Program, the College Placement program, the Goalkeeping Program, the Center of Excellence, the Skills Clinics Program, the Speed, Agility & Strength Training Program, and the Olympic Development Program (ODP). The Academy Juniors Program is an eight-week season for U5-U6 players and includes one training session each week, followed by festival-style play.
