Adventure Camp offers field trips to top Portland locations, cooking projects, water slides, nature hikes, STEM activities, art and ceramics, worship time, skits, and clay projects. The program includes weekly themed sessions such as SECRET AGENT, ANIMAL KINGDOM, HEROES UNITE!, MAD SCIENTIST, WHAT’S COOKIN’, CREATIVITY UNLEASHED, COME TO THE CARNIVAL, and THE FINAL ADVENTURE during the summer of 2026.

Adventure Camp is an all-day summer camp trusted by parents since 2017 and is celebrating 10 years of Adventure Camp. The program serves Kindergarten through 5th Grade kids from the Portland metro area and is a ministry of Southwest Bible Church. The mission of Adventure Camp is to provide kids with unforgettable summer memories where they make new friends, feel valued by their leaders, and encounter the good news of Jesus Christ in a safe and welcoming environment. The camp’s trained and qualified staff are dedicated to making this summer an adventure for every child who attends, and it serves families from Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, and the wider Portland metro area.
Parents describe their children looking forward to Adventure Camp every year, talking about camp counselors by name, and enjoying the activities and plans throughout the week.
