Oregon Adaptive Sports creates access to high-quality outdoor recreation experiences for individuals with disabilities. The organization is a premiere adaptive sports foundation in the Pacific Northwest and provides a range of year-round programs. Each year, Oregon Adaptive Sports creates access to over 2,000 outdoor experiences for more than 400 unique individuals.

In 1996, members of the local community came together to create access to adaptive ski opportunities for their family members, friends, and neighbors with disabilities. Oregon Adaptive Sports states that it envisions a day when every person with a disability has access to the benefits of outdoor recreation.
