The leadership team includes Krista Price (Board Chair), George Shimmer (Vice Chair), David Boor (Secretary/Treasurer), Karen Pettigrew (Board Chair referenced in a quote), and Lynn Prag (Board member). The mission for the Recreational Sports Department is to bring people together, keep the community active, and help players of all ages learn. Community involvement is described as important, with statements such as “Boardman is all about being involved in our community and volunteering” and “It takes all the volunteers in our community to make things happen.”
