Central Linn Recreation Association Youth Sports Programs offers a range of activities including Little Hitters (Pre-K to 2nd Grade), T-ball, Coach Pitch, baseball, softball, cheer, football, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. The program also includes Lil Dribblers Basketball Camp and Fall Sideline Cheer as part of its youth sports options.

The Central Linn Recreation Association states that it is devoted to fair play and sportsmanship, with a priority that players in its league enjoy their experience and create lasting, positive memories. Its goal statement focuses on helping boys and girls of all backgrounds, with special concern for those from disadvantaged circumstances, develop qualities needed to become responsible citizens and leaders through affordable, educational and recreational activities, in a safe, supervised environment. Its guiding principles include equal access to age-appropriate activities, a safe and supportive environment, the importance of well trained staff and volunteers who promote integrity, honesty, openness and fairness, clear communication with the community, the involvement of volunteers, parents, families and community members, and the development of resources to provide services to youth. The program highlights nonprofit information, CLRA Board Members, scholarships, college scholarships, a sponsor program, field status updates, and that CLRA issued 17 full scholarships this sport season. The association notes strong community involvement, including sponsors who supported the baseball season and made it possible for CLRA to issue 17 full scholarships. Central Linn Recreation Association youth teams have earned recognition as 2024 Junior National District & State Champions and 2024 Minor National District & State Champions.
