Ashbrook Summer Program offers themed camp weeks that include activities such as Under the Sea Explorers, where campers explore the sea through hands-on projects and interactive discovery, and Ooey Gooey Science Lab, where campers conduct experiments focused on chemical reactions and sensory exploration. Other sessions include Wild About Bugs, The Great Art Adventure, Nature Nurturer, Blast Off to Outer Space!, Animal Kingdom Adventures, and Drip, Drop, Discover, each centered on specific topics such as insects, art, plants and the outdoors in Oregon, astronomy and aerospace, animal habitats, and water properties. The program also includes Summer Winds, a music camp for winds, brass, and percussion that features daily ensemble and sectional playing, individualized instruction from instrument specialists, and basic instrument repair and maintenance tips.

• Schedule: Weekly camps run in five-day sessions across eight weeks in the summer, with after-care available from 3:00–5:30 and Summer Winds offered during one designated week.
• Price: Standard price is $425.00 per camp week, after-care is $125.00 per week or $30 per day for drop-in, and families who sign up for all 8 weeks can receive $100 off registration with the promo code ALL8.
Ashbrook Summer Program is part of Ashbrook Independent School, a non-profit, secular, private, coeducational institution that includes a preschool, an elementary school, and a middle school. Ashbrook’s mission is to challenge and nurture academically capable students, and the school reports consistently small class sizes, committed teachers with specialized interests, and specialist teachers in world languages, music, art, PE, and drama for Grades K–8. Ashbrook Independent School opened in September 1997 and is celebrating over 25 years of educational excellence, with its founders having incorporated The Independent School as a non-profit organization in 1993.
Ashbrook’s programs are open to all Corvallis area students, including those not currently enrolled at Ashbrook, and the school notes strong parent-school-community participation and collaboration, with parent volunteers needed and welcomed in various programs.
