Eugene Swim & Tennis Club offers swim lessons, water aerobics, lap swimming, and a junior swim team. It also offers tennis lessons and classes, plus fitness programs and group fitness classes. The tennis schedule includes Bump! on Mondays from 6:30-8:00 pm, Cardio Tennis on Tuesdays from 8:30-9:30 am, Live Ball on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm and Saturdays from 11:00 am-12:00 pm, Rhythm & Drills on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm, 4.0+ High Intensity Performance on Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm, and Kick Start & Drills on Saturdays from 8:30-10:00 am.

- Cardio Tennis (Open to all levels) — Tuesdays 8:30-9:30 am · Cardio tennis combines tennis and cardiovascular training with fun drills.
- Live Ball (Advanced/Intermediate) — Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm; Saturdays 11:00 am-12:00 pm · Fast paced doubles clinic. Tuesday Live Ball is paused for summer.
- Rhythm & Drills (Open to all levels) — Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm · Doubles drills followed by doubles point play.
- 4.0+ High Intensity Performance — Thursdays 5:30-7:00 pm · Fast paced drills and instruction.
- Kick Start & Drills — Saturdays 8:30-10:00 am · Games and play for introductory level players.
