Gresham Barlow Youth Baseball/Softball Association

Gresham Barlow Youth Baseball/Softball Association offers activities throughout the year, including Spring Baseball/Softball Registration, Fall Baseball Registration, Fall Softball Registration, and a Fall baseball league. Players take part in baseball and softball practices, Opening Ceremonies, first baseball and softball games, a Hit-A-Thon Fundraiser, Team Picture Day, and a Fall Ball Season. The program also holds evaluations and tryouts such as Minors (9-10 Years) Baseball Evaluations, Majors (11-12 Years) Baseball Evaluations, 8U Silver Tryouts, 10U Silver Tryouts, Rookies 8U Summer Baseball All Star Tryouts, Minors 9U Summer Baseball All Star Tryouts, and Majors 11U Summer Baseball All Star Tryouts.

• Ages: 8–12 years old
• Schedule: Fall Ball 2026 registration is open until August 1, with the fall baseball league and Fall Ball Season running on Sunday afternoons/evenings from September 13 to October 18; Spring Baseball/Softball Registration opens November 28, with baseball registration closing February 14 and softball registration closing March 5, followed by practices beginning in mid-March and games starting in early April

Since 1973, Gresham Barlow Youth Baseball/Softball Association has provided Gresham youth with opportunities to learn the game, build confidence, and develop lifelong friendships. It is a 100% volunteer-run organization that relies on board members, coaches, and volunteers to make each season possible and create a positive experience for every player. The organization also participates in community events such as Mariners Little League Days and the Portland Cascade Softball Game with GBYBS. Events are league-wide for baseball and softball for all ages unless specified otherwise, and families can subscribe to a Google calendar link so events are added to their calendars.
