The program is led by the City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation leadership team, which includes Jeff Munro, Director of Parks & Recreation; Jan Wirtz, Deputy Director of Recreation & Adult Services; Antonio Garcia, Deputy Director of Parks; and Anthony Markey, LORAC Superintendent. The department notes CAPRA in connection with its Parks & Recreation projects, bids, and Parks Plan 2040 information. The City of Lake Oswego also offers a series of free Urban and Community Forestry Workshops as part of its community involvement.
