Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Treasure Valley Programs offer homework help, tutoring, high-yield learning activities, and academic activities to help prevent learning loss, along with field trips. The program includes leadership development experiences, career preparation, community service, and a STEM program, as well as specific programs such as Positive Action, SMART Moves, Teen Focus, Torch Club, Triple Play, and Youth of the Month and Youth of the Year recognition programs. A nutrition program is included as part of the daily experience.

Since 2009, Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Treasure Valley has been in the forefront of youth development in the community and has served over 3,614 children in Ontario, Oregon and Payette, Idaho. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Treasure Valley is to inspire and empower youth and teens through safe and impactful programs so they will reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Programs are supported by the generosity of individuals, local businesses, and community support, and youth participate in community service in the Payette, Fruitland, Vale, Ontario, and Weiser communities. The organization states that its programs are designed to achieve outcomes in character and leadership, healthy lifestyle, and academic success, and that nutritional meals are part of a healthy habits program that incorporates healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience. Membership includes meals and snacks, with the Summer Program providing 3 meals and 2 snacks each day and the After-School Program providing 1 meal and 1 snack, and free language assistance, auxiliary aids, and accommodations are available upon request.
The leadership team includes CEO Dana Castellani, Resource Development Director Madison Kendall, Operations Director Serene Hooper, Payette & Weiser Clubhouse Director Racheal Lopez, Program Director Adriahanna Gonzalez, and Nutrition Director Melissa Newton, along with a volunteer Board of Directors chaired by Mike Mahony. Omar, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Treasure Valley, was Oregon State Youth of the Year for 2022 and was the Club’s first Youth of the Year winner, and he stated, “I knew had a great future ahead of me because that’s how the Club raised me.” The institution states that it is an equal opportunity provider.
