About the provider

Vibe started as a vision in 2006 and became a nonprofit in 2007. It partners primarily with Title I schools and works with teaching artists, local arts and music organizations, community partners, and the general public. Vibe also offers community-based studios in historically under-invested neighborhoods.

Classes are offered on a fee-for-service basis, with scholarships available thanks to grant funding and community support. Most Vibe Studio sites follow the Portland Public School calendar. Crescent Court follows the David Douglas School District calendar and programming there is for families living in the building as part of wrap around services for affordable housing spaces in Portland.
