The program includes activities such as Competitive Sparring, Poomsae training, Adult Martial Arts and Self Defense Classes, adult self defense, fitness programs, seasonal camps, Super Ninja Summer Camp, seminars, tournaments, and an After School Program. Students receive a Taekwondo uniform upon enrollment in any of the programs, and Taekwondo uniforms, sparring gear, and accessories are provided in-house. Students will need a uniform and protective gear for training and testing, and comfortable athletic clothing is acceptable for the Free Trial Class. Personal Training programs are described as tailored specifically to busy professionals’ schedules and needs.
