The leadership team is headed by President and Founder Grand Master George C. Hristescu. Instruction is led by World Class Certified, full-time certified instructors, and the school operates as a dedicated Black Belt Academy with a proven belt curriculum and clear explanation of belt progression. Programs are offered for ages 3 through adult, with age-specific, instructor-led classes for Little Warriors (ages 3–4), Juniors (ages 5–12), Teens (ages 13–17), and Adults (18+), and practical self-defense is woven into the curriculum at every level. The program reports 600+ active students, offers beginner-focused instruction and technical foundation training, and includes two real classes in the Fast Start Program, with no pressure trial offers and a uniform included in the trial, ready to wear from day one; for the first class, comfortable athletic clothing is recommended.

The mission of World Class Taekwondo Bethany, Cedar Mill and Beaverton states a commitment to helping students grow and succeed through positive reinforcement and a focus on core family values, with personalized instruction and a strong learning foundation aimed at success on and off the mat, and an ultimate goal of empowering students to become winners in life and make a positive impact in the community, one black belt at a time. The program notes that, on average, it takes 3 to 5 years of consistent training to earn a black belt. It is described as TOP Rated on Google and trusted by hundreds of Portland-area families. Community involvement includes multiple Public School Fundraisers, such as fundraisers for Jacob Wismer, Oak Hills Elementary, Springville, SATO, Cedar Mill Elementary, Tobias Elementary PTO, and City View Charter School, and the program notes deep roots in the communities it serves, with some families who started in 2003 still training there today.
