The Compound Dance Complex offers classes in ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, technique, musical theater, acro, pom, and Pre/Kinder Combo. The program also offers options for groups and solos, as well as the Dawson Jackson Intensive, which is a contemporary, fusion, and hip hop intensive.

The Compound Dance Complex offers both recreational and competitive dance programs, including a recreational dance program for dancers of all experience levels and a Competition Company with advanced choreography, performance opportunities, conventions, and regional dance competitions throughout the Northwest. The program provides award-winning competitive and recreational dance classes and offers drop-in classes for new dancers to try a class before committing to a session. Its stated mission is to help every student develop strong technical foundations while discovering their own unique artistry and passion for dance. The program serves dancers throughout Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, and surrounding communities.
