Mermaid Art Studios offers ceramics, drawing, and painting, along with birthday parties, Ladies’ Night Out events, scout troop visits, special needs group sessions, in-school classes, and studio classes. The program also offers Mobile Mermaids for art-educational needs at group gatherings.

Mermaid Art Studios is now mobile and provides art education on site at schools, camps, retirement homes, churches, synagogues, and other locations where a group of people want to have an educational art experience. Mermaid Art Studios has been bringing the joy of art to the Philadelphia suburbs for over 30 years and opened over 30 years ago in Ambler. Denine Wish has been the owner and head artist at Mermaid Art Studios for over 30 years. Denine Wish received a considerable scholarship from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, PA, received her BFA with a dual concentration in Sculpture and Photography, and received her MFA from SUNY – Purchase in Sculpture. Mermaid Art Studios brings the joy of art to the Philadelphia suburbs and provides mobile art education at schools, camps, retirement homes, churches, synagogues, and other community locations in and around Ambler. One quote they share is, “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.” – Pablo Picasso.
