ESF Camps & Experiences offers a wide range of activities, including acting, drama and improv, baking, cooking, crafts, ceramics and clay sculptures, multi-media art, fashion design, jewelry making, photography, movie making, digital music production, robotics, coding, Minecraft and Roblox, Lego engineering, Littlebits, Micro:bit technology, makerspace projects, science and engineering, marine biology, bubbleology, slime, nature, gardening, and summer reading. Campers can also take part in sports and games such as baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, volleyball, flag football, street hockey, European team handball, pickleball, track and field, Frisbee golf, gaga, Nerf hockey, and ultimate games, along with activities like archery, rockwall, an alpine tower, inflatable obstacle courses, inflatable water slides, and water play. The program includes instructional swimming, recreational swimming, swim instruction, and Free Swim Friday, as well as traditions and events like camp carnival, color fun run, water festival, foam party, tropical beach bash, dance parties, neon glow dance party, ice cream party, Taco Tuesday party, award ceremonies, pep rallies, spirit stick challenges, theme days, morning assembly, camp carnival, late night pizza party, sleep under pajama party, Big Wheel Alley, Imagination Playground, karaoke, dance and cheer, movement, meditation and mindfulness, cupstacking with Speed Stacks, parachute games, and a world league championship.

ESF Camps & Experiences includes Junior Camp (Mini and Intermediate Divisions), Multi-Sports Camp, Senior Camp, Tennis Camp, Jr. 76ers Camps, Phillies Baseball Academy, Arts & Enrichment Camps, Technology + Design + Code Camps, Science & Engineering programs, Bold Summers Pre-College for rising grades 9–12, and a Young Leaders Program for rising 9th and 10th grades. The program uses its MAXJOY signature framework and proprietary guiding philosophy, with drivers that are developed and reinforced daily at camp, and describes its approach as “A Summer That Shapes Futures.” A character-building curriculum is described as being designed to explore and expand campers’ innate talents, curiosities, self-esteem, and social skills, and the organization states that an ESF summer will have a lasting impact on a camper’s growth and development.
