Doylestown Theatre Academy

Doylestown Theatre Academy offers summer camps focused on musical theatre, where students rehearse and perform in a full length musical for family and friends. The program also produces an annual winter holiday show that includes rehearsals, auditions, and performances. Students take part in specific activities such as pre-camp auditions, a pre-screen vocal audition, an in-person dance/acting audition, and ongoing rehearsals.

• Schedule: Rehearsals for the winter holiday show are on weekends starting mid-October through early December, with show dates typically the first or second weekend in December.

Summer camps are designed for students ages 7–18 who are interested in musical theatre, and every camper participates in pre-camp auditions so that shows can be fully cast before the first day of camp. Every student who signs up for camp has many featured moments in their production, and the goal is to create an inclusive and enriching experience where each performer has a moment to shine. Summer 2026 camps are fully booked, with a waitlist available, and scripts and parts are distributed on June 6 after tuition is paid in full. Doylestown Theatre Academy is a theatre production company, and its mission is to provide aspiring actors with opportunities to participate in real theatre productions produced and directed by theater professionals.
