EBACC Youth Programs and Summer Day Camps include activities such as volleyball, softball, t ball, flag football, soccer, a basketball clinic, Summer Day Camps, and a Kinder Ready Class. The acres of green space are used for multiple sports and events, and over 100 children attend the Summer Day Camps. The Kinder Ready Class is described as helping to prepare children for transitioning into Kindergarten.

A long standing basketball clinic, first organized by Warren Frey in 1994, continues for children ages 5–17 and is coached by volunteers and parents. Over 100 children enjoy the Summer Day Camps each year. The Kinder Ready Class is specifically noted as helping children get ready to move into Kindergarten.
The mission of the East Berlin Area Community Center, which runs EBACC Youth Programs and Summer Day Camps, is to enhance the quality of life in the community by fostering growth, education and belonging. The center is described as a hub of activity for people of all backgrounds and economic levels and serves East Berlin, Abbottstown, Reading and Hamilton Townships in Adams County, Paradise and Washington Townships in York County and the surrounding area. Fundraising ideas at the center have grown into annual events such as The Biggest Yard Sale in Adams County, the Summerfest 5k Run & Walk, a Christmas Festival, and the Historic East Berlin Fall Festival, and these events are volunteer driven and rely on dedicated volunteers.
Leadership connected to the center includes Executive Director Pamalee Lady, Marketing Director Alyssa Hartman, Bookkeeper Alice Bosley, Administrative Assistants Jolene Gochenaur and Jennifer Keith, Receptionist Chelsea Arroyo, Fitness Center Manager Chris Orndorff, Fitness Center Attendants Clayton Hoff, Jeffrey Reaver, Sr., Charlie Altland, and Frenchie Powell, and Board President Sherry Brown, Board Vice President Robert Blandy, Board Secretary Lori Sherlock, and Board Treasurer Robin Heyser. The Board of Directors also includes Dennis Posey, Laura Baker, Robbie Teal, Sherry Brown, Ryan Groft, Lori Sherlock, Karen Wire, Rob Blandy, Robin Heyser, Jack Krenitsky, Mark Malinowski, and Jennifer Stefanik. The East Berlin Area Community Center is noted for continually improving and updating the facility and grounds every year.
