At Lancaster, PA, the program uses the Snapology method with research-backed programs that focus on children learning through play. Snapology provides year-round STEAM learning programs that include classes, camps, workshops, field trips, birthday parties, assemblies, after-school programs, and custom events. The curriculum is structured to support children of all abilities, including gifted learners, traditional students, and those with special needs such as sensory sensitivities or autism spectrum considerations.

The program offers a Discovery Center indoor play center with building toys and interactive play areas, along with regular creative play hours where kids can be dropped off or explore with parents. Kids 5 and older can explore the Discovery Center on their own, while younger children require a parent, and there is no charge for adults or parents to play in the Discovery Center. A Snapology Classroom is located inside Urban Air Adventure Park, and there is an option to add Urban Air playtime before or after class when programs are held there.

Programs are also offered at different locations throughout the community, including community centers, schools, and other public spaces. Snapology organizes custom events and field trips for schools, teams, and scouting groups, and offers Girl Scout and Scouts BSA activities to help scouts work toward badges, pins, and awards. The program includes tailored activities that help Girl Scouts work toward STEM badges.

Families can use the Snapology app to discover, book, and track classes, camps, and parties, and to receive milestone updates and class photos. Parent feedback includes comments that instructors encourage creativity and that children enjoy the camps and activities, such as the testimonials from Hayden Gardner, Carlie Ransom, and Erin Laird.
