Solid Rock Youth Center

Solid Rock Youth Center offers a wide range of activities, including pool, air hockey, carpetball, fooseball, bumper ball, Wii and Xbox games, board games, and computer games. Youth can use drum sets, electric guitars, a keyboard, bongos, and microphones, and they can also use computers and a printer for schoolwork or recreational projects. The center hosts activities such as an Annual Art Show, a Music Festival, Survival Games, Zombie Wars, watching a movie, painting a rock, Shotokan Karate, making snacks for the Anime Fest, and Cryptic Pursuits mystery escape rooms, and it also has a Juice Bar.

• Schedule: The Falls Shotokan Karate Club meets at the Solid Rock Youth Center on Monday and Wednesday nights from 7:15 to 8:45.

Solid Rock Youth Center states that it exists to provide a safe environment where the youth of Morrisville can experience the hope of Jesus Christ through relational, educational, and recreational programming. The center holds an Annual Art Show and Music Festival in the fall and spring, and these events are open to the public. Events at the center are described as always changing based on what youth ask the center to do. The Falls Shotokan Karate Club meets at the youth center and does a demonstration each year at a Martial Arts weekend. Cryptic Pursuits mystery escape rooms are located in the downstairs of the center, and all proceeds from Cryptic Pursuits go to paying off the mortgage for the center’s current building. The youth center lists six main core values: Respect, Compassion, Self-Worth, Discipleship, Leadership, and Integrity.
