Leg Up Farm offers therapy services and equine-assisted services in an engaging environment. The program provides these services together under one roof.

Leg Up Farm opened its doors in 2010, supported by the generosity of community members. Since opening, it has provided services for nearly 4,000 individuals with special needs. The program’s mission is to enrich the lives of individuals and families with special needs and unique challenges by offering a variety of therapy and equine-assisted services all under one roof. Leg Up Farm was founded by Louie and Laurie Castriota, and their story is shared in the book “Leg Up: The Courage to Dream.”
