The Goddard School of Pittsburgh - Upper Saint Clair offers activities such as engineering, robotics, chess, art history, music appreciation, dance, sports and fitness, and physical fitness. The program uses the Wonder of Learning® inquiry-based curriculum and offers programs from infants and toddlers to pre-K, kindergarten, and beyond, including a private kindergarten and a kindergarten classroom with hands-on learning and a focus on social-emotional development. Summer at Goddard is available for ages 3–8 years and emphasizes outdoor adventures and creative projects, with fresh fruit and vegetable snacks and flexible lunch options, including the ability to order food.
The Goddard School of Pittsburgh - Upper Saint Clair is owned and operated by the Santo Family (Bob, Lori, Jake, Tyler, and Maddi Santo), who opened the first Goddard School in Pittsburgh in 2007 and now own and operate four Goddard School locations across multiple states. The school has degreed and tenured teachers and is proudly accredited by Cognia, holds PA Department of Education licensing, and has a fully accredited kindergarten program. Security and health-related features include air filtration and purifying systems, antimicrobial treatments, water filtration, biometric and non-biometric security scanners, custom key code entry, key fobs, a hand scanner, a supervised lobby entry, outdoor security cameras, crash-rated fencing, gate alarms, finger guards, disinfectant sprayers, EPA-approved cleaning products, and low ratios. A 3D tour is available for families who want to see the school environment.
