About
Pennsylvania 4-H offers leadership, civic engagement, life skills, science, agriculture, art, shooting sports, camp life, and school-based and afterschool programs. It also includes Cloverbuds, at-home activities, and 4-H school enrichment programs. The program is for youth ages 5 to 18.

About the provider
Members participate in civic engagement and community work, and they take part in contests at the local, state regional, or national levels. They can also serve in local, state, and national leadership roles. The mission statement says, "Reach your full potential. Join 4-H. Learn real-world skills, become a confident leader, make lifelong friends."
