George School Day Camp

George School Day Camp offers a full-day camp program that runs from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, with options for before and after care. Campers use athletic fields, tennis courts, and a modern athletics center that includes a pool, indoor courts, and activity spaces.

• Ages: 4–14 years old
• Schedule: Open June 15 to August 14 for as few as 4 and as many as 8 weeks, with a Jump Into Summer Week from June 15–19, 2026, and an 8-week camp program from June 22–August 14, 2026. Camp will be closed Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth and Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

Founded in 1893, George School is a Quaker, all-gender boarding and day school for students in grades 9–12. The George School Day Camp leadership team includes Mike Bailey, Co-Director of George School Day Camp, Head Varsity Track Coach, and Dorm Head, and Coleen Ruch, Co-Director of George School Day Camp. One parent shared that their family has been attending George School Day Camp for years, that their children look forward to seeing camp friends and returning counselors each spring, and that their children have learned new skills and interests and grow throughout the summer.
