CRUSA / FC Bucks Soccer Programs focuses on three major pillars: player development, parental education, and coaching development. Programs include GIRLS ECNL and ECNL-RL teams for U13–U19, BOYS ECNL and ECNL-RL teams for U13–U19, USYS travel teams for girls and boys U9–U19, and intramural teams for girls and boys U4–U19. The club is recognized as a leader and center for player development from Jr. Academy through ECNL National Teams and aims to provide the best environment for elite soccer players in Eastern Pennsylvania. The program provides player development programs, facilities, coaches, training, competition, and leadership, and provides professional training and what it describes as unrivaled commitment to its players. It aims to advance players to US National Teams, US Youth National Teams, and all levels of college rosters.
The stated mission is to develop complete soccer players and teams in a safe and supportive environment, with a focus on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological areas of the game. The mission also includes instilling positive core values and an excellent work ethic, and providing a platform for players to succeed at the collegiate and professional levels of play. The program describes its style of play as a proactive brand of soccer based on effective possession with creative individuals, with a defensive focus on quick transition and intelligent collective pressing. It emphasizes positional play and constant interchanging of player positions while understanding roles and responsibilities during all four moments of the game.
The leadership team includes the CRUSA President (reachable at [email protected]), Coaching Director Chris Fehrle, Jill ([email protected]), and Deena ([email protected]). The club office keeps weekday hours, with daytime hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and evening hours on Wednesday, and it is closed on weekends and major holidays.
