Laurel Lake Summer Camp is a non-profit, Christ-centered summer camp program operated by the Pennsylvania Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. The program’s stated mission is to inspire, because of the love of Jesus, a desire to be passionate about spirituality, thoughtful of the world around campers, and serious about having fun. It states that children discover the love of Jesus interwoven in every activity and reflected by the dedicated Christian staff, and that its goal is for children to explore and discover new activities, enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, develop lasting friendships with other campers and staff, and grow in their understanding of and relationship with a God who loves them and created them with purpose. The program meets twice a day to worship together through singing, skits, testimonies, and stories, and it is described as being designed to teach while building personal and spiritual relationships. Laurel Lake Summer Camp is accredited by the American Camping Association.

The weekly fee includes lodging in cabins with bunk beds and bathroom facilities, three vegetarian meals per day, a variety of fun activities, daily Christ-centered worship, and the care of a trained and committed Christian staff. Campers are not allowed to retain cell phones during camp; any cell phones brought to camp are kept in the camp office and returned when campers leave, and the camp provides opportunities for children to call home when necessary using the camp land line.
