Christ Cornerstone Academy

Christ Cornerstone Academy offers a School Age Childcare Center with a Pre-School Program, a Younger School Age Program, and an Older School Age Program. The program follows a holistic approach to early childhood education that includes exposing children to different environments and various learning experiences and teaching them the principles of Jesus and the Bible. Children at Christ Cornerstone Academy are exposed to language and literacy development, social skills, and creative expression, and the program builds on the strengths and interests of each child to help build a solid foundation where they can develop their futures.

The older school age program is currently run and directed by Group Supervisor Mrs. Latifah, and the young school age program is currently run and directed by Mr. Carlos. Staff members are all qualified to work with children and are referred to as “life changers” who come into the ministry every day with a positive smile and energetic outlook. The older school age program has a stated goal for children to learn life skills that can help them develop in the future, while the young school age program has a stated goal for children to have fun, smile, and have a great time learning about “our savior.” Christ Cornerstone Academy describes its approach as having made it the #1 School Age Childcare Center in Harrisburg and Steelton, and the program information is marked © 2020 by Christ Cornerstone Academy.
