The Arts Center Youth Art Classes include activities in Drawing & Painting, Fiber Arts, and Pottery. The program also offers Youth Art Classes and Special Event Art Workshops as part of its art programming. The Arts Center’s calendar is constantly evolving as they continue to offer programming that is meaningful to participants.
The Arts Center has offered a variety of classes and workshops since 2005. Classes are taught by experienced artists and art educators who believe in the YMCA’s core values of Spirit, Mind and Body. The Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA states that its mission is to assist everyone in its service area in building a healthy spirit, mind and body, strengthen family life, and enrich human relationships, with programs and services focused on promoting good health, building strong families, raising confident kids, being a force for good in communities, and striving to build a better world.
