New Life Island has been involved in Christian camping on the Delaware River since 1972. Founded in 1972, it was established with a clear purpose: to reach campers with the good news of Jesus Christ. The camp’s ongoing mission is that every person who steps onto the island leaves a step closer to God, with the motto, “No one leaves the same.”
Camp operations are supported by two families who live on-site year-round, along with a faithful board, summer staff, and numerous volunteers who support the ministry throughout the year. Core values at New Life Island include Safety, Hospitality, Growth, Place, Glorifying God, Biblical Balance, and Fun.
