Who we are

A family business, built for family businesses

Enrichment.kids is independently owned and family-run from Petaluma, CA. I'm Jessie — I work with every provider on the platform myself. My husband builds the software. Before this, he was a conductor and pianist on Broadway, and I was a professional ballet and modern dancer, so we've spent most of our lives inside the kinds of programs we now serve.

We built Enrichment.kids because the people who teach kids shouldn't spend their evenings untangling spreadsheets, Venmo requests, and email threads. When you write in, you're writing to us.

Roster Management
Every session has a live roster with participant names, ages, order details, and form responses. Transfer, cancel, or refund a registration from its row, and approve a customer's transfer request in a couple of clicks. Export the columns you choose, sorted your way, for one session or a whole listing.

Custom Registration Forms
Collect waivers, medical info, emergency contacts, dietary needs, or anything else at checkout, with forms you build yourself. Every submission is signed electronically and kept as a signed PDF, and the customer gets a copy by email. Need a waiver mid-season or a medical form renewed? Request it from customers who have already registered — their earlier answers are filled in, and your roster shows who is still pending.

Payment Plans & Monthly Billing
Let customers pay over time. Offer an installment plan with an optional deposit and up to four monthly payments, or bill monthly tuition on the 1st with a prorated first month and an optional registration fee. Payments charge automatically, retry when a card declines, and never cancel a registration on their own. Your roster shows what each seat is expected to bring in, what has been received, and anything past due.
