Cherokee County Family YMCA Youth Programs take place at the Cherokee County Family YMCA and include access to a Water Park. The programs run during regular facility hours and follow specific pool hours from May through August.
• Schedule: Facility hours Monday–Thursday 5:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., Friday 5:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.; pool hours (May–August) Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., Sunday 1:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
The mission of the Cherokee County Family YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for the community. The Cherokee County Family YMCA is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. It is part of a nonprofit organization of over 2,700 Ys located in 10,000 communities across the United States that are dedicated to strengthening the communities they serve. Holiday hours include closures on New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, with limited hours on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, and specific Memorial Day Water Park hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
