Swim Lessons at YMCA of Upper Palmetto take place in a heated indoor 25-yard swimming pool. The broader facility where swim lessons are coordinated also offers After School Child Care, Youth Sports, Group Exercise Classes, Yoga, Pilates, and Cycle.
• Schedule: Facility hours include Monday–Friday 5:00am–9:00pm, Saturday 7:30am–6:00pm, and Sunday 1:00pm–6:00pm, with additional Premier Fitness+ access from 4:00am–11:00pm daily at seven Fitness+ locations, including Indian Land YMCA.
