The Gardner School says it is grounded in decades of experience. Staff members are trained in CPR and first aid, pass state examinations, are screened properly, and receive ongoing training and professional development. The school is not a franchised organization.

Timely and ongoing communication with parents is a top priority. Teachers share photos and updates in real time through a parent communications app. Parents receive ongoing updates and school news via email. Parent/teacher conferences are held twice a year.
