Adventure Science Center Camps

Adventure Science Center STEM Camps offers day-long and week-long camps throughout the year. Campers must be at least 5 years old and have entered Kindergarten, and the camps are open to rising 1st through rising 8th graders. Camp sessions run from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with check-in from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM, check-out from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM, Before Care from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and After Care from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Campers should bring a snack each day and may bring lunch or order food from the on-site STRATA restaurant; STRATA lunch orders must be completed and paid for on Monday morning for the full week.

About the provider

For 80 years, Adventure Science Center has been bringing science to life for students, teachers, and families in Middle Tennessee and across the U.S. Its mission is to open every mind to the wonders of science and technology, fostering a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us. The center was recognized as the Best Local Day Camp in the 2025 Best of Parenting Awards by Nashville Parent, and each year it provides reduced or free admission to more than 40,000 guests and remains free for Tennessee educators and MNPS students during field trips.

Campers attending camp must be at least 5 years old and have entered Kindergarten. Cancellation policy: cancel before April 1st - full refund minus $50; cancel prior to Week 1 of camp - 50% refund; cancel after Week 1 of camp starts - no refund. Non-summer camp cancellation policy: 28 days or more from the first day of the camp session - full refund minus $10 per day of the camp week; more than 14 days in advance - 50% refund; less than 14 days - no refund.
