Portland Soccer Club Recreational Program and Summer Camp includes a Player Development Program, a Standout Summer Camp, and a middle school game schedule for Panther Middle School Boys and Lady Panther Middle School Girls. The program also includes a Volunteer Referees program, a Parent's Code of Conduct, and a US Soccer Referee Abuse Policy. Courses and licenses are available for coaches through the program.
