iKids Academy offers Full Day PreK3 and PreK4, along with Summer Enrichment Programs that include interactive plays and fun lessons. Children also take part in the Junior Master Gardener Program as part of the academy’s activities. iKids Academy is an early childhood education and child development center that uses research-based curriculums in all classrooms and operates as a bilingual school-based academy.

Owned and operated by Texas Certified Teachers, iKids Academy is led by owner Kimberly Hess, MA. ED., who has a Master’s Degree in Education and over 25 years of experience in education. The bilingual director, Amanda Solis, BA. ED., has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and over 15 years of experience in education. The academy offers childcare services to infants and children 12 years under and is a bilingual facility with an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum that includes fun and engaging activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional skills, as well as activities that promote physical, mental, emotional, and social development.
The stated mission of iKids Academy is to provide a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment in conjunction with a quality educational curriculum that assists the social, emotional, physical, culturally diverse, and intellectual growth of all children. iKids Academy is a 4-Star Texas Rising Star Center and was awarded the 2022 Reader’s Choice for Favorite Learning Center. iKids is a proud partner with PSJA ISD and serves the Upper RGV Area.
