Aledo Academy of Ballet offers classes in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and young children classes. The program also includes adult ballet. Instruction takes place at Aledo Academy of Ballet.

Aledo Academy of Ballet was established in 2018. Caroline opened Aledo Academy of Ballet in January 2019, began the nonprofit student ensemble Aledo Ballet Studio Company in the fall of 2021, and introduced the Pre-Professional Classical Coaching Division of AAB in 2023. The program includes a nonprofit student ensemble and a pre-professional classical coaching division, and Caroline coaches seven advanced dancers who have represented Aledo Academy of Ballet at various competitions across the United States.

The leadership team includes Caroline Arnold Alexander (Director/Ballet Instructor), Charis Page (Ballet Instructor), Dede Barfield (Guest Instructor, Former Principal with Pennsylvania Ballet), Jenna Glueck (Ballet Instructor), Annmarie Roybal (Contemporary/Ballet Instructor), Gayle Corkery (Guest Instructor), Adelyn Morrow (Jazz/Ballet Instructor), Alyvia Ogasian (PreBallet Instructor), and Ella Shafer (PreBallet Instructor). Caroline attended Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music on scholarship, studied under notable instructors including Violette Verdy, and received a Bachelor of Science in Ballet Performance in 2014 while dancing professionally. She is certified in Maria Walton-Mahon's Progressing Ballet Technique, has completed multiple intensives and teacher trainings including those with Lisa Howell and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's Teacher Workshop, is working to become a certified teacher through Runqiao Du's Art of Ballet Instruction, and is a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and a Trainee of the Sugarfoot Therapy Program.

Caroline's students have placed at multiple ballet competitions including Youth America Grand Prix, Youth International Ballet Competition, and Universal Ballet Competition. The stated mission of Aledo Academy of Ballet is to offer a strong foundation in the art and technique of classical ballet for dancers of all ages, to encourage dancers to find and express their individuality, artistry, and grace through the art of ballet, and to inspire a love for the arts among the dancers and in the community.
