Bailey Oaks Farms offers English horseback riding lessons, pony club lessons, and Polocrosse at summer camps. The program also provides boarding and training for horses, with instruction in a fun, positive environment for both rider and horse and a focus on hunter and jumper disciplines for all ages and skill levels. Horses at Bailey Oaks Farms enjoy daily turnout with plenty of space to run and play in addition to time in the state-of-the-art barn with large stalls, overhead fans, an air-conditioned tack room, and dedicated tacking areas.

Owner and head trainer Pablo Barriga is a European-trained equestrian who has competed at the highest levels and served as a trainer at world-class barns in Europe and the U.S., with extensive training in all disciplines of English riding and high-level show jumping across Europe and the U.S. He trained with Jean-Marc Nicolas in France, Rob Hoekstra in the United Kingdom, and Luis Álvarez Cervera in Spain, and he has served as head trainer at several competition barns. Pablo is an Active Competing Professional Member of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA), and he and trainer/instructor Clare Choyke are proudly sponsored by Devoucoux. Clare has been training with Pablo since 2014 and is also an Active Competing Professional Member of USEF and USHJA. Trainer and instructor Mia Purdom has experience in various English and Western disciplines, worked as a groom, trainer, and instructor at Newport Polo while captaining her intercollegiate team, and completed a computer science degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake before becoming a software engineer in the oil and gas industry. Trainer and instructor Trinity McCann primarily teaches beginner and pony club lessons, runs pony club camps in the summer and winter, and is currently studying at the University of Houston.

Bailey Oaks Farms states that the welfare of the horses and riders entrusted to its care comes before anything else and that it focuses on attention to detail in the training, health, and well-being of its horses and riders. The facility is described as a premier equestrian center specializing in English horseback riding lessons, boarding, and training, and it is the largest English equestrian riding and training center south of downtown Houston. It is located on over 40 acres and is five minutes away from the Pearland Recreation Center & Natatorium.
